Returning Your Purchase
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:
30-Day Return Policy
• You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging, certificates, and tags (if • applicable) attached. • Customized or engraved pieces are non-refundable
60-Day Exchange Policy
• If you’d like to exchange your item for another, you may do so within 60 days of the delivery date. • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging, certificates, and tags (if applicable) attached. • If the exchanged item has a higher price, you will be responsible for the price difference.
Receiving a Refund
Contact our customer service team at office@rootsjewelers.com or via phone at 541-499-6877 to initiate a return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Securely package your item, including all original packaging and documentation.
Label your package with the provided return address and your RAN.
Ship your return using a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return, and will be issued to the original payment method.
Personalized Items

Custom and Special Order Items
Due to the special nature of custom and special order items, these products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Any product that has been built or altered at your request (including ring re-sizing and diamond upgrades) falls under this category and as such is not eligible for exchange.
